sip33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sip33" or "Platform" means the online gaming website operated at https://sip33.lat, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services accessible through that domain.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of sip33, an internationally licensed gaming entity.
• "You", "User", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sip33 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on sip33 following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member's Account subject to wagering and validity conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or other eligible market on the sip33 platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by sip33 prior to the processing of withdrawal requests or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the operation of the sip33 platform and to Members' use of it, including the jurisdiction under which sip33 holds its international gaming licence.

To register and maintain an active account on sip33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sip33 enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Members.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of sip33 or any of its affiliated studios and service providers.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and in which you have been advised not to use the service.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through sip33 or through any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above requirements. sip33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only on the sip33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any outstanding balances being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. sip33 bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by a Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share login details with any third party, and sip33 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify sip33 support immediately at [email protected].

sip33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time in accordance with these Terms.

All transactions on the sip33 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are currently accepted: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. sip33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to a Member's account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few minutes for e-wallet channels and within one banking business day for bank transfers. sip33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. sip33 targets processing times of under 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to one banking business day for bank transfer withdrawals during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Source of Funds: All funds deposited to sip33 must originate from a payment account that is legally registered in your own name. sip33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Currency: sip33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds transferred in a currency other than IDR will be declined. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment provider processes the transaction in Rupiah.

sip33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been played through by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account balance without further notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is Rp 200.000 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus playthrough is outstanding may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account simultaneously. Members must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Abuse Prevention: sip33 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other activity that sip33 determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

sip33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account at the time the change takes effect.

All games available on sip33 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rule relates solely to gameplay mechanics.

All sip33 games use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The results of every game are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by sip33, its operators, or any Member. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by each studio and are available within the game's help section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other service interruption during an active wager, sip33's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. sip33 reserves the right to void any round affected by a demonstrable system error. Decisions made by sip33 regarding technical disputes are final and binding.

Sportsbook: All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers — are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body. Sportsbook-specific rules, including settlement procedures for postponed and abandoned events, are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sip33 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments to fund an account.
• Employing automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in place of a genuine human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with wagers placed on sip33.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in game mechanics, or pricing anomalies in a manner that is inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Using the sip33 platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with sip33 staff or systems.

sip33 is required to maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) standards as part of its international licensing obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time, and is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address no older than three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence bearing your name and address).
• Where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or OVO account screen showing your registered name).

sip33 will process KYC submissions within two business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete. sip33 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the standard set does not sufficiently establish identity or source of funds.

All KYC data is handled in accordance with sip33's Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except where required by our licensing authority or by applicable law.

All content on the sip33 platform — including but not limited to the sip33 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of sip33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sip33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any sip33 content without the prior written consent of sip33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sip33 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, including losses attributable to game volatility, streak variance, or unfavourable results in any game category.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond sip33's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure outages).
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the sip33 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by sip33 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirements.

sip33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sip33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and the fulfilment of its legal obligations. The categories of data collected, the purposes for which they are used, the conditions under which they may be shared, and the rights available to Members are set out in full in sip33's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to those terms, you must not create or continue to use a sip33 account.

sip33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for a consecutive period of 12 months or more).

You may close your own account at any time by contacting sip33 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

For accounts closed by sip33 due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining balance will be determined by sip33 at its sole discretion, taking into account the nature and severity of the breach.

sip33 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sip33 holds its licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sip33's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits sip33's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

sip33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sip33 will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document. In some circumstances, sip33 may also notify Members via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the sip33 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure at any time.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sip33 recommends checking this page each time you log in to remain aware of the current version.
